Finalizing Production

 Welcome to the final production blog for our car commercial! We have completed the main structural components of the commercial. The editing is mostly finalized. Finishing touches are simply being added on. Music, voiceover, and transitions are integral to a finalized product. Logan has reshot the vertical camera takes, keeping the landscape aesthetic intact. Specifically, we reshot the scene with the manual stick. This will make the "action sequence" flow very well. Also, we have another editor doing work on the project, Ryan. Its interesting to see a different style of editing. Overall, collaboration has made this project a smooth production. Logan gave us access to props, (cars). Ryan was an integral actor, and late-production editor. Nick helped in every stage, mainly helping with directing on site. Watching over the continuous stages of editing is a very fun experience, and I enjoyed it as my second job on the project. The process is enchanting. The pure evolution of clips to commercial is very entertaining. This project was a very fun learning experience. I got to find my chosen position in filmmaking. It made me connect more with media.
