  Props:   Scene, we chose to do a BMW commercial. Our main prop is a BMW, other props may include a handheld sign and a racing suite. Costumes: The costume for the main character would be something business casual, showing a level of class associated with the brand. The clothes shouldn’t be too formal but should be a slightly more relaxed business look. A dress shirt with pants and additional accessories is the main blueprint of the look.   Our group is doing a BMW commercial. In these commercials the viewers usually see well-dressed actors stepping in and out of the vehicle and driving. These actors are mostly male, but some are female. ·        The actors wear costumes such as fancy ties and suits, driving gloves, people outside of the vehicles are also wearing fancy clothes, all characters are wearing deluxe clothing even if it is plain. ·          Props are not very common in these commercials; they use 2-3 cars and sometimes a person holding a sign to let pedestrians pass ·           Everyone that is driving is usually well groomed, fit, and ready for action, they stand out in a crowd as well distinguished and successful. ·          All commercials are fast paced with lots of highly skilled drivers with attention to detail placed on the rear wheels and body lines of the car.  My group is shaping up to be a very productive one. It consists of me, Logan, Ryan, and Nick. Our group seems to have a good chemistry together, and that will prove well in our work. They all seem like interesting people, with many stories to tell. Collaboration will be key in this project, so I hope I made good choices. To describe my group members, I'll start with Logan. Logan's main interest is cars. His dad works with BMWs, so he has access to a lot of these cars. This works well with the commercial concept, as it gives us very high access to a product. Me and Logan seem to be getting along well, so we are good in that department. Next, I will discuss the group member Ryan. Ryan and I haven't conversed as much as me and Logan, but still seems like a quality group member. He spoke about being particularly ready to work on our projects, and is overall very motivated to be a team member. Ryan's impression on me is a very hard worker who is motivated to get work done p

Hello, welcome to my first ever media studies blog. I am excited to create content, and put my creative flair into the world. The best place to start my first blog, is with me. My name is Griffin Penn. I was born and raised in south Florida. I have always been interested in film and television, due to its artfulness. Being creative has always been a part of me, and putting it into something concrete will truly fulfill it. I was actually previously part of a media studies project, as I was in both a music video and a final film intro. It was interesting to see how the students put films together. It made me realize that the act of creating a film was as or even more fun that watching one. Additionally, I am excited to meet my group members more and to collaborate with them deeply. This class will be truly exciting. There are so many ideas brimming in my head. I cannot wait to share them with the world. Collaboration, communication, and idea making are the skills I will use greatly. All
