Production Blog: Preparation Pete Final Task

 Hello, welcome to my first production blog for my final task project. I have started the very early stages of production. Planning, and laying out what I want to film in the coming weeks. The location I have decided to film at is pretty airtight. It is where one of my friends lives, so it should be simple to film within. We can access it easily, at any time of day. Any lighting I need, I can make happen. My storyboarding is pretty finished, and I know pretty well how the story will lead. Overall, my planning process has gone pretty well. I had the helm on script writing, thus giving me almost all creative control of the story. My group mates have to essentially work around the story I wrote. This makes me the screenwriter in a sense. I have to tone the script down in some areas, however. I need to account for the reality of our filming. We are only teenagers, so we can't access insane stunts major studios can. We will work with what we have. The main focus of the film will be dialouge, and action will be a slightly lesser focus. With what action setpieces we have, they will be minor but will be very well cheorographed. The preperation stage of our project has been pretty successfull. I am hopeful for what is to come.
