Title Research: Watch the Titles

Another website I found is Watch the titles. This website, like the others, allows you to search for specific genres in a search bar at the top of the page. This site cuts out all the pictures and focuses strictly on getting you to the information. One thing I really enjoy about this site is the longer background they give you about the director. This allows you to get to know the title designer and what projects they have worked on. Another perk of this site is that it showcases some student projects. This site's extra information director page below the main item is my favorite feature since it helps increase my understanding of the film business and highlights the figures behind the media that I enjoy daily. Another strength of this site is the option to see all the films produced by a studio, which allowed me to study the similarities and differences between films made by the same studio. The biggest drawback of this website is the lack of articles that come up when you search. In the previous site, there are rows upon rows of new and old sequences alike, but on this watch the tiles site there are only two pages with ten sequences each. Overall, both websites are great but for ease of navigation and quick use, the first website is miles ahead of the second.
